Whether you are a jazz player who is a bit rusty, a weekend warrior looking for some inspiration, or a basement amateur tired of all your play-along CD’s and method books, Maryland Summer Jazz is for you.

Maryland Summer Jazz is a three day, (10:30AM - 5:00PM) jazz workshop focusing on playing and improvising in the small group setting. Imagine 20 hours of intense time spent with many of the Atlantic region’s best teachers and players. Not only will you be coached by these pros, but the camp is set up so that each day you will PLAY WITH THEM - the best way to get better. If you're looking for a more intense experience, sign up for both sessions at a reduced rate!

BREAKING NEWS - We have just added DAVE BALLOU, New York trumpet player and recording artist (Steely Dan, Joe Lovano, Maria Schneider) to our faculty!

I've been to most of the “big name” camps, and Maryland Summer Jazz beats them all!
